Self-Priming Centrifugal Pumps

When the priority is moving larger quantities of liquid efficiently, our CDS-John Blue liquid transfer pumps provide electric and gas-powered options.

Both are 2" self-priming centrifugal pumps with a maximum capacity of up to 200 GPM. The difference is how they are powered.

Choose from:

• CDS-John Blue SP-3240-E5T3B – A 5HP electric TEFC-powered pump for operations with a suitable electrical supply.
• CDS-John Blue SP-3240-G5H – A 5HP gas-powered pump for applications where gas power better suits the location or setup.

Both options provide self-priming operation and 2" inlet and outlet connections for high-volume liquid transfer.

Electronic Flow Meters

When you need to know how much liquid is passing through your transfer system, Flowserve Scienco electronic flow meters provide dedicated measurement.

Choose from:

• Flowserve Scienco SEM-100FT – A flow-through electronic flow meter for installation within a compatible transfer line
• Flowserve Scienco SEM-10 – A fixed-mount electronic flow meter for applications requiring a permanently mounted measurement point
• Flowserve Scienco SEM-10 KIT-1 – An electronic faceplate repair kit for maintaining a compatible existing SEM-10 meter

The right option depends on where you need the meter positioned and whether you are installing new equipment or repairing an existing unit.

DEF IBC Pump Systems

For dispensing diesel exhaust fluid directly from an IBC, Flowserve CT6 DEF pump systems provide cage-hanging configurations that keep the pumping equipment with the container.

Choose from:

• Flowserve CT6 DEF IBC Pump System with Meter – Combines pumping and metering when you need to monitor the amount of DEF dispensed
• Flowserve CT6 DEF IBC Pump System without Meter – Provides DEF pumping without integrated measurement

A metered system can suit operations where tracking dispensed quantities is important. If you already measure DEF separately or do not require integrated measurement, the non-metered system provides a more straightforward alternative.
