Refund & Return Policy

Please contact Mid-South Ag for a Return Materials Authorization before returning any product. Returned merchandise should be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip, along with a short note explaining the reason for the return. Full credit will be issued for the returned item as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. Item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Item is in new (re-sellable) condition, including original packaging and product documentation.

All products returned after 30 days will be subject to a 25% restocking charge and credit will be in form of in-store credit. Purchases over 90 days old are not eligible for return. Freight for original shipment will not be credited unless Mid-South Ag made a shipping error. Special order items that are cancelled or returned will be subject to manufacturer restock charges and may not be accepted, if the item is considered “non-returnable” or discontinued by the manufacturer. Returns on electrical parts/electronics are not accepted.

 

Warranty

Defective items and warranties will be handled according to manufacturer warranties. Please understand that Mid-South Ag is not a manufacturer, and therefore does not warranty parts – however, we do work with our manufacturers to see that all claims are made in a fair and timely manner. The ultimate warranty decision though, is made by the manufacturer, not by Mid-South Ag. No one shall make any warranty, either implied or expressed, as to the performance, efficiency or other capability that has not been stated in the manufacturer’s guarantee. The manufacturer’s policy will determine any replacement of defective materials or workmanship, installation, use or other causes beyond the replacement of defective parts.

 

Damages/Shortages

Please check in all merchandise upon arrival. Note any damages or shortages on freight bill. Please do not return damaged items to Mid-South Ag. Notify the carrier immediately and they will handle the claim. We will not be liable for damages or losses once the product is loaded on the carrier’s truck. Shortages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
