These John Blue knives are strong and tough made from high grade 1080 carbon steel. The NH3 tubes can be ordered as a plain tube of 304 grade stainless steel. CDS-John Blue NH3 knives can come with an extremely hard boride coating for long wear life if preferred. These CDS-John Blue NH3 knives have the largest toe section of any knife in the industry.
