• Delivered fully assembled, our system includes Dura 1” Electric Valves, a 40 gallon cone, Auto-Batch™ High-Flow carrier system, all securely mounted on a durable metal frame with forklift slots for easy transport and install.
• Easy Flange Connections: Flange connections simplify assembly and disassembly, making maintenance and adjustments easier than traditional threaded connections.
• Enhanced Calibration with Poppet Connections*: Upgraded poppet connections for calibration, reducing spillage compared to camlock fittings.

*Before starting the calibration process, make sure the 1” Dura electric valves are closed with the red indicator illuminated.  Disconnect the associated Dura electric valve at its’ Deutsch direct plug connection.  This is imperative to prevent concentrated chemical from entering the injection manifold.
