  • Mid-South Ag does not provide warranties directly but assists with claims.
  • Final warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer.
  • Coverage applies only to defective parts as per the manufacturer’s guarantee.

Returns:

  • Contact Mid-South Ag for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) before sending items back.
  • Eligible for full credit if returned within 30 days of purchase OR Item is in new, re-sellable condition with original packaging & documentation.
  • Returns after 30 days: 25% restocking fee and in-store credit only.
  • No returns after 90 days.
  • Freight charges are non-refundable unless due to a Mid-South Ag shipping error.
  • Special orders may be subject to manufacturer restock fees or may be non-returnable.
  • No returns on electrical parts/electronics.
