Actually a review of the web site
Based on the concept of "what you see is what you get" I thought that all of the pictured items were included in the offer. The price reduction also enforced that thought. I was disappointed when I received only 2 tips. After discussing the order with a rep, I went back to the website. The web site is confusing as it shows all the tips. I agree it's my fault for not really looking hard at the presentation. Was in a hurrry so didn't study. Web site could be updated to show a sample of tips and change colors when clicking on size. Have not tried tips as sprayer pump died.
