United StatesSoil probe
The probe was ok. The handles are too narrow and are cut off rough leaving harsh edges of the pipe exposed. When I go to press down on the probe my hands overlap the rough edges of the probe. It was ok for a few but after awhile it started to tear my hands up. Same with the step. It's too narrow as well and makes it difficult to get my entire foot on the step. Overall it did the job but it could definitely use some refining and finishing touches.

The quality of your product was at best questionable.rough areas on the ends or the handle that should have been either smooth off or spend two or three cents more for rubber covers! If your quality control looked at the unit I am sure they would agree.
